About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Medicare Regulatory Affairs to lead the strategic development and oversight of Medicare regulatory initiatives within the Government Services Division and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving regulatory strategies to optimize client value, interpreting legislative actions and agency guidance, and ensuring effective communication with plan sponsors and stakeholders. Key areas of focus include Medicare Part D, Part B, Managed Care, Employer Group Waiver Plans, and Retiree Drug Subsidy. The role demands a leader with a strong work ethic, a self-starter attitude, and the ability to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The Executive Director will be accountable for all Medicare regulatory deliverables, lead a team of subject matter experts, and manage the strategic Medicare regulatory agenda for the PBM.
