About the Role

The Company is in search of a Director of Client Success to oversee a team of implementation and technical support specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 2-3 direct reports, training customers in the use of software, and developing strong, trusted relationships with clients. This role involves providing first-line software support, responding to customer queries, and proactively finding ways for customers to use the application more successfully. The Director of Client Success will also be involved in customer data analysis, investigating and resolving requests, and working closely with the Dev Ops team.
Applicants for the Director of Client Success position at the company should have a background in medical coding, with a Certified Medical Coder (CPC or CRC) qualification, and experience in risk adjustment, CDI, and DRG. A minimum of 5 years' professional experience is required, along with a proven track record of training and leading coders or clients. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to listen to customer needs, and the capacity to provide tailored solutions. Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a proactive, upbeat approach to customer training and support are essential.
