This position will work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, person-centered, integrated services to the community. The Medical Assistant (MA) plays a critical role in patient care. MAs work to support providers and clients throughout the process and are also integral members of the treatment team. MAs provide patient-centered care and work closely with all medical and clinical staff. MAs also work with client access specialists, and non-clinical staff to ensure the workflow is efficient and the client experience is positive. Additionally, this role includes interaction with clients during medication pass times offers general assistance with medication self-administration, support medical issues or concerns, as a key member of the integrated treatment team.
Schedule: To be determined but expected to be similar to Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Location: 16 Burn Recovery Center (1616 E Burnside St. Portland, OR 97214)
Compensation: $23.43 per hour for non-certified and $27.40 per hour for certified.
