About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that enhance athlete participation, engagement, and overall experience. This includes overseeing relationships with college athletes and their representatives, ensuring seamless onboarding, and driving key initiatives to enhance the company's presence in the collegiate sports space. The role also involves leading and streamlining athlete documentation and data management, managing athlete payments, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to maximize program impact.
Applicants for the Director of College position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' of experience in a similar role, with a preference for those with a background in athlete management, group licensing, or collegiate sports. A Bachelor's degree is required, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and proficiency in data management.
