DO & CO is looking for Food Assembly Helpers to support our kitchen in Metro Detroit.

What you'll do:
Reporting to the Assembly Supervisor, you'll responsible for performing diversified tasks in our DO & CO operation such as tray assembly line, food items, setting up trays following Airline standards, assemble food items including trays for hot meals, cold meals, salad, snacks, bread, butter, and condiments).

Must be able to work any shift time

A day as Food Assembly Helper:

• This position will be working in the cooler the entire shift.
• Pulls and stacks products based on daily orders.
• Monitors product quality frequently and reports problems to mitigate safety issues.
• Inspects items and executes inventory as assigned.
• Receive, store and assemble equipment and supplies according to airline specifications.
• Ensure exact number of Equipment and Beverage is always accurately packed and ready for each flight.
• Ensure all stocks received and replenishments are documented properly.
