We are partnering with a local organization to find their next Supply Chain Manager. As the new Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire supply chain process. This includes procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the efficient and cost-effective flow of goods from suppliers to customers. Our client offers 3 weeks of PTO, M/D/V, and a 401K match. The annual salary is $80K-$90K.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Oversee production planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures.
• Coordinate logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with internal departments, such as production, sales, and customer service, to align supply chain activities with business goals.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
• Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
