Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, QLIK, and Azure SQL to improve health equity.
  • Design and build data models to support BI initiatives and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Lead data integration efforts, ensuring data from various sources is accurately consolidated in the Data Warehouse.
  • Develop complex TSQL and SSIS packages for ETL processes.
  • Perform data analysis and create reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of new solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues and provide technical support when needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions are current and effective.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a BI Developer role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, QLIK, and Azure SQL.
  • Strong experience in data modeling, data integration, and working with Data Warehouses.
  • Proficiency in MSSQL, TSQL, and SSIS.
  • Experience in data analysis and report creation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for health equity and a strong desire to use technology to improve health outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
