-Effectively and efficiently performs the safe operation of various food-related machinery, starting up & breaking down during the beginning and end of all production shifts, and troubleshooting effectively in order to minimize production downtime.
-Ensures machines are working at full capacity while producing quality products.
-Ensures machines are well-maintained and performs periodic checks on output.
-Visually inspects production run and documents results.
