Responsibilities. Responsible for structuring complex business problems and undertake analysis to uncover recommendations. Developing compelling content (Microsoft PowerPoint format) that articulates strategic options and enables executive decision making. Interacting with other teams across the organizations to collaboratively identify and help drive strategies for ADP. Coordinating input from all Major business units to facilitate the integration of individual business unit plans with the corporate plan. Driving market research efforts and track market / competitive trends with a specific focus on potential disruptive threats, changing client preferences, and keys to differentiation and report. Collecting, analyzing and synthesizing key business, marketing and financial insights from multiple sources to develop insightful recommendations. Supporting business development and acquisition opportunities, including business case development, within HCM, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and technology industries. Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of the human capital management industry, major trends, and competitors. Developing and delivering presentations and briefings and other forms of communication on strategy.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field of study plus six (6) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and four (4) years of related experience.

Work Experience. Three (3) years of experience must include: Program management of Enterprise wide initiatives; Conducting secondary market research using Data Monitor, IBISWorld, Company 360; Analyzing data for trends / insights using data visualization software (such as Tableau); Conducting financial analysis utilizing publicly available data (e.g., Capital IQ) including evaluating competitor earnings reports, Profit&Loss and Cash flow statements; Modelling in Excel, including working with numbers and large volumes of data; Developing compelling content (Microsoft PowerPoint / Word) that articulates strategic options and enables executive decision making.

Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $119,552.00 - $199,600.00 / Year
