Position OverviewThe EHR Support Analyst (ESA) possesses a deep understanding of Epic and health center operations. This role supports OCHIN member ESA in various areas to understand their role as a liaison between their health center and OCHIN. The ESA ensures the initial as well as ongoing education and coaching in various areas of EPIC via bootcamps, webinars, workshops, and one on one trainings. The ESA goes beyond training and connects system functionality to member operational needs and success metrics. The OCHIN ESA partners with member ESA throughout their journey to support education, growth, and development. This role also works in partnership with member to strengthen their operations and metrics. The ESA delivers coaching, training, technical assistance and collaborates with OCHIN staff and OCHIN members to optimize and expand areas of the ESA Program.The person in this role will possess a customer-service orientation, with enthusiasm for finding solutions and connecting resources in support of health center goals. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at finding solutions to complicated questions. Superb communication, training and meeting-facilitation skills are a must with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
