Job Title: Director of Sales - Hotel Property

Location: Tigard, OR

Salary: $75K and up to $28K bonus potential

Our hotel property is seeking a Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring and training
• Foster relationships with new and existing clients
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Analyze market trends and make recommendations to increase revenue
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel or hospitality sales management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
