HireNow Staffing is seeking a Director of Nursing who is passionate, patient-centric, and dedicated to excellence in behavioral health to lead our client's nursing team in Vancouver, Washington.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Oversight:
  • Supervise the nursing management team and ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between physicians, patients, referral sources, and employees to maintain cohesive operations.
  • Support and advance the organization's philosophy of care at the program and unit levels.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day nursing operations to ensure quality patient care.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on nursing performance, patient outcomes, and operational metrics.
• Team Development:
  • Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering professional growth and a collaborative work environment.
  • Promote evidence-based practices and continuous quality improvement initiatives within the nursing department.

1. Education:
   • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
2. Licensure:
   • Current, unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
3. Experience:
   • Prior Behavioral Health or Psychiatric Health experience.
