Job Details

The Clinical Implementation Specialist is an advanced level position with a primary focus on coordinating the on-site activity at implementations. The Clinical Implementation Specialist is a proactive member of the Masimo Implementation Team and works in partnership with internal and external customers. This role is responsible for the overall success of inventory distribution as well as assisting with clinical user training and support during the implementation of Masimo products and solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• All tasks identified in the Clinical Implementation Specialist I role
• Work with end-users on developing and executing on an Education Plan based on implementation procedures and clinical education best practices
• Acquire the knowledge and become an expert of Masimo technology and products
• Ability to prioritize, plan independently, and collaborate with sales, field clinical and project management team members to meet the goals of the company and attain customer satisfaction/loyalty
• Performs the Project Management Role, Lead Clinical Specialist Role, or Clinical Specialist Resource Role for on-site implementations, and other projects
• Facilitates workflow and clinical application discussions with the customer
• Coordinates the equipment needs of the implementations with Masimo Corporate headquarters
• Coordinates with the health care facility and OEM partners to provide a successful transition to Masimo Products
• Coordinates with the appropriate management team(s) to secure resources to support projects
• Drives the process to ensure deliverables are completed on time
• Document Customer Interaction using the Masimo Customer Relations Management Tool, updating on a weekly basis at a minimum
• Facilitates transition/hand-off to the Masimo local team at the completion of the implementation
• Present a positive/professional image reflective of the Masimo Corporation
• Additional duties as assigned
• Overnight Travel is required (75% or more)

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience.
• Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal skills
• Must be PC literate, ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Independent problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel extensively
• Must meet current state and/or professional license requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years' critical care or related clinical experience
• Track record of coordinating with multiple key stakeholders to deliver results
• Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse.

Education

Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse preferred

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

This position primarily works outside of a traditional office environment, making frequent customer contact daily. It requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, and lifting (must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds). Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Must be able to travel extensively (both domestically and locally), so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver's license is required. Must have a valid Driver's license with a driving record that meets company's insurance requirements.
