Guardian is seeking a Full-Time Talent Acquisition-Human Resources Specialist. Joining the Guardian team provides a collaborative, professional, fun environment with opportunity to gain experience and grow in the Human Resources field. Our Human Resources department utilizes the ADP Workforce Now/Comprehensive Services platform for HRIS, Benefits, and Payroll. Experience with ADP Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is extremely desirable for this role.
Compensation: $55,000/year and up, depending on experience.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Daily schedule will be decided upon hire.
