$60.00/hr - $80.00/hr

Location: Beaverton, OR (97006) | Hybrid: 3 days onsite

About the Role

Talent Groups is seeking a Senior Azure Software Engineer to develop and implement platform solutions critical to our core business. This role requires a practical, innovative thinker with experience in cloud enterprise architecture, preferably in Azure. Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, scalable, and secure software while ensuring compliance with PCI and GLBA standards.
• Collaborate with the broader engineering community to maintain modern, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Work closely with product owners, architects, analysts, and stakeholders to define and maintain critical business solutions.
• Write and review code with a strong emphasis on accuracy, detail, and coding standards.
• Implement unit tests and automation as a fundamental part of development.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
• Contribute to Agile practices, continuously improving team collaboration and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience across the full application development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Proficiency in full-stack development using C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and Vue or AngularJS.
• 5+ years of experience developing Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure technologies, including Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hub, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, Transactional Queues, and Data Lake.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, with Terraform expertise preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container platforms (Azure preferred) is a plus.
