The OHSU Center for Learner Diversity and Inclusion (CLDI) reports to the OHSU Office of the Provost, within the academic mission. The CLDI strives to be a campus leader and asset in creating, sustaining, and supporting a campus community that prioritizes and promotes inclusive excellence. The CLDI's mission is to serve as an institutional access point for resources, support, and expertise that enhances diversity, equity, inclusion, and a sense of belonging at OHSU. The CLDI's work centers students and the student experience, and the team is committed to cultivating relationships across campus, creating educational solutions, and serving as a catalyst to interrogate policies, practices, and procedures with a goal of building institutional capacity for transformative change.
This position reports to the Associate Vice Provost for the Center for Learner Diversity and Inclusion. The Program Manager (PM) for Learner Diversity Education and Engagement (PM for LDEE) serves as an institution wide resource to support the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) focused education and engagement of the learner community at OHSU.
This position is responsible for the development and implementation of educational and engagement programs and initiatives for OHSU learners that support OHSU diversity education and engagement strategies and goals. The position is responsible for managing a team focused on the management and support of existing and emergent programmatic efforts and initiatives designed to support OHSU learners.
The PM for LDEE works collaboratively with learners, faculty, and staff from across campus to sustain an inclusive academic environment by supporting the personal and professional development of learners from historically marginalized populations and by leading initiatives that increase cultural competency and DEIB awareness within OHSU.
