They are seeking a dynamic individual to enhance their team!This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity!Duties:Provide exceptional customer service support to clients and vendorsYou will provide answers to questions and provide resource information as neededResponsible for gathering detailed information, running verification checks, certificate of insurance tracking, W-9 verifications, and other pre-registering dutiesAnswer phone calls, assist all callers with setting up profiles, updating membership subscriptions, and collecting any data needed for their accountFollow-up with clients who have left messages, subscriptions that need updating enrollment verificationsRespond to customer emails and chats in a professional and friendly mannerCommunicate with customers via phone, email, and chatProvide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availabilityData entry in various platformsAdditional duties assigned as neededKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Two or more years of customer service experienceStrong interpersonal skills including strong active listening skills, ability to receive and give feedback, and goal-orientedComputer experience and knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workloadPossesses problem-solving skills as well as being able to make logical decisions and set prettiesAbility to work with deadlines and meet them by their due dateHS Diploma/ GEDPay: $19-$21/hr.
