Job Summary:

Geotechnical Services Manager located in Portland, OR for a leading organization. This role is responsible for managing the branch providing geotechnical engineering services.

This is a direct hire opportunity with the ability to earn overtime compensation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience in geotechnical engineering/consulting
• Oregon P.E. License (or ability to quickly obtain reciprocity)

Job Details:

• Type: Permanent
• Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
• Work hours: 8 am to 4 pm
• Education: Bachelor's

Responsibilities:

• Manage geotechnical engineering services
• Provide geotechnical engineering/management support
• Manage personnel through hiring, training, and development
• Conduct client management and business development activities
• Develop new opportunities within the geotechnical service line
• Prepare scopes, budgets, and schedules for tasks

Essential Functions:

• Work up to 10 hours of overtime per week

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Education: Bachelor's (required)
