Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy strategic roadmaps for HCM applications.
• Manage resources, vendor relationships, and oversee application design and implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of IS leadership experience, including healthcare environment exposure.
• Expertise in HR processes and Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, and analytical skills.
