Kenji's is a Ramen Restaurant located in Vancouver, WA, USA, dedicated to serving delicious, authentic Japanese Ramen infused with Korean-inspired flavors. Our slow-cooked broth is made fresh daily using locally sourced ingredients, ensuring maximum freshness and taste. We're excited to announce that we'll be expanding in the Fall of 2023, adding a sushi bar and an additional bar area to our restaurant.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Vancouver, WA. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient restaurant management. Tasks include staff management, inventory control, budgeting, scheduling, and implementing health and safety protocols. Additionally, the General Manager will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, managing marketing initiatives, and ensuring the successful launch of the new sushi bar and bar area.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management, including staff supervision and daily operations oversight.
• Strong skills in inventory control, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Ability to implement and manage health and safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in marketing and supplier coordination.
• Knowledge of Japanese and Korean cuisine is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
