Design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, high-complexity, enterprise-scale hosting architecture. Opportunities are available for all experience levels, from entry-level to experienced professionals interested in technical infrastructure engineering, Infrastructure as Code solutions, or supporting healthcare systems.

Infrastructure Engineers may specialize in various areas. Relevant experience and interests in technologies can be discussed during recruitment.

• Entry-level: Background in Computer Science, IT/Systems, or internships in Infrastructure Engineering.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field
• Relocation to Madison, WI (reimbursed)
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Availability for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
• COVID-19 vaccination

As a member of Epic's Hosting team, responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and availability of hosting services, following policies, escalating security incidents, and meeting security responsibilities.
