Position Overview

The Clinical Engineering Site Manager leads clinical engineering initiatives to provide superior customer service and operational efficiency by managing the execution of the TRIMEDX Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP). This position manages operations on a day-to-day basis, collaborates and maintains positive relationships with customers, works to develop associates, and provides a communication channel between hospital executives and TRIMEDX. The Clinical Engineering Site Manager also directs Joint Commission inspections and ensures that TRIMEDX services are in compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage one or multiple sites generating $1.5M to $5M in revenue
  • Oversee financial management and operational targets with a focus on tactical operations
  • Manage hospital-level portfolio
  • Plan and prioritize tasks with a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual focus

Leadership and Development

  • Provide clear direction and foster an environment of respect, collaboration, and open communication
  • Identify and support the development needs of team members, connecting them to resources for continuous improvement
  • Create high employee engagement through understanding drivers and developing action plans

Performance Management

  • Set goals, monitor performance, and provide feedback
  • Ensure completion of assigned actions by deadlines

Skills and Experience

  • Ability to manage daily and long-term site operations
  • Leadership skills to motivate and develop others
  • Financial analysis and budgeting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and relationship-building abilities

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field
  • Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, or CCE) preferred
  • At least 5 years of management experience in a clinical engineering environment or similar
  • Leadership experience or successful completion of the Clinical Engineering Leadership program
