Inter-Con is searching for aspiring individuals to join our thriving team of Security Officers. You'll work as a member of a close team to form the backbone of the broad security services Inter-Con provides its valued clients every day.

At Inter-Con, we take pride in providing customized security solutions for our clients. As a SECURITY LEAD, you will be part of a security team that supports critical facilities and infrastructure. This position is an integral part of the broad spectrum of specialized security services Inter-Con provides its clients daily.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, G.E.D., or college degree
• Guard Card
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be 21 years or older
• CPR/First Aid/AED certified
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English
• Computer skills
• Successful background check

Additional requirements for Security Officers:

• Minimum of four years of US Military Service (honorable discharge) or law enforcement experience, or
• Security-related college credits or experience (3-5 years)

Some duties may include:

• Overseeing ingress and egress, reporting unlawful activities or hazards
• Operating electronic security devices such as surveillance, access control, fire alarms
• Conducting patrols and monitoring post activity
• Using communication devices and reporting systems
• Reviewing CCTV footage and completing incident reports
• Responding to alarms and supporting security staff
