Site Manager

Description:

New Journey, a Genesis10 company, is actively seeking a Site Manager for a full-time 4-month contract position with potential for extension or conversion.

Compensation: $40.00 per hour

The main function of a Site Manager is to coordinate all aspects of property management, maintenance, and record keeping. The Site Manager is responsible for all policies and procedures related to facility safety and well-being.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary liaison with the client, coordinating staff, financials, and vendors as needed for successful building operations.
  2. Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and site inspections.
  3. Respond positively and promptly to requests from clients and occupants.
  4. Ensure documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time.
  5. Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
  6. Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
  7. Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.

Skills:

  1. Familiarity with building systems, documentation, and administration.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  4. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  5. Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles as needed.
  6. Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
  7. Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Education/Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree required.
  2. 10+ years of related experience required.
