The Role:
The Operations Business Analyst 2 independently leads workstream responsibilities with minimal guidance. They are self-motivated to learn system capabilities and business processes. They demonstrate advanced diagnostic troubleshooting skills and collaborate professionally with business partners.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Build collaborative relationships with business partners, including IT, Operations leadership, and the Project Management Office, to ensure deliverables meet user needs and process requirements.
- Perform advanced diagnostics of applications and systems, troubleshoot issues.
- Configure systems, test during releases, and validate post-production changes.
- Support mobile applications used for field work order completion.
- Provide routine support and assistance to end users, resolving process and technical issues.
- Develop and maintain end-user training materials and system documentation.
- Create training courses for classroom and informal sessions.
- Organize and lead mobile user group meetings.
- Monitor and analyze end-user issues, collaborating with partners to address them.
- Partner with IT to troubleshoot and design solutions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively mitigate issues.
- Elicit requirements via interviews, workshops, surveys, and site visits.
- Document business processes, user stories, and perform analysis to ensure completeness and traceability.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and validate releases.
- Coordinate change management and communicate updates to users.
- Engage with various stakeholders to ensure understanding of priorities.
- Ensure effective use of applications by end users.
- Coordinate with training personnel and managers to improve processes.
- Support a culture of safe work practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Collaborative team player with strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, information systems, or mobile systems.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with ability to explain technical concepts.
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into user stories.
- Experience with system data modification and maintenance.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Initiative and professionalism.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Experience working with all organizational levels.
- Knowledge of application functionality and training development.
- Availability for off-hours support and travel to resource centers.
- Valid Oregon/Washington driver's license and good driving record.

Base salary range: $79,500 - $109,100 annually, depending on qualifications.
Annual Target Incentive: 9.5% target, based on company and individual performance.
