Immediate Opening for a Site Property Manager in Tualatin, OR!
Pay - up to $42/hr
Shift - Day Shift, 8am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday.
Start and Interview Immediately!
Responsibilities:
* Acts as the primary liaison with the client, coordinating staff, financials, and vendors as needed for successful building operations.
* Coordinate repairs, maintenance and site inspections.
* Respond positively and promptly to requests from client and occupants.
* Ensure documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time.
* Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
* Familiar with building systems, documentation, and administration.
* Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
* Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
* Budget management experience required.
* Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Bachelor's degree REQURED.
* 5-7 years related experience required.
