About the role:

This Sales Executive role will prospect and manage the entire sales cycle for Tyfone's youth digital banking subsidiary, Incent. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, demonstrating the features and benefits of Incent's software, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to achieve sales targets while building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The position requires a deep understanding of the software, financial institution market dynamics, and sales techniques to effectively present solutions that address bank and credit union needs.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Lead generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
  2. Sales presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits to match customer requirements.
  3. Needs analysis: Understand customer pain points and business challenges to tailor software solutions accordingly.
  4. Relationship building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  5. Proposal development: Create customized proposals outlining pricing, contract terms, and implementation plans.
  6. Negotiation: Negotiate contract details and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  7. Closing deals: Successfully close sales opportunities and secure new business.
  8. Sales reporting: Track sales performance, maintain accurate CRM data, and provide regular updates to management.

Required skills:

  1. Technical knowledge: In-depth understanding of the software product features, functionality, and technical specifications.
  2. Sales acumen: Proven track record of success in closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
  3. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively present complex information to clients.
  4. Customer service: Strong customer-centric approach to building trust and rapport with clients.
  5. Presentation skills: Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations.
  6. Negotiation skills: Confidence in negotiating contracts and pricing terms.
  7. Market awareness: Knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

Education and experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or work experience required.

Proven experience in software sales, ideally within the Fintech or Digital Banking industry.

Strong track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.

What you bring:

  1. 5+ years of Enterprise Technology Sales experience.
  2. 5+ years of experience within the Financial Services Technology industry.
  3. Experience calling on C-Suite and technology executives.
  4. Effective collaboration skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
  5. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
