The Senior Benefit Specialists are subject matter experts for benefit programs including retirement. The role serves as a consultant to the HR Support Center on complex matters related to benefits, leave, retirement, benefits systems, wellness, vendor relations, billing, and other programs. They investigate and resolve benefit-related problems and ensure vendor file accuracy. They work closely with MaineHealth care team members to resolve disputes, appeals, and escalated inquiries while exhibiting the values of MaineHealth. This is a hybrid remote position allowing working from home two days per week once fully trained.
