Are you energetic, outgoing, and ready to take your sales skills to the next level? Do you enjoy meeting new people and being on the move? We're looking for a Residential Estimator who's not afraid to knock on doors and build real connections with homeowners.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Represent our company as the face of the brand in neighborhoods throughout Portland
• Knock on doors, generate interest, and provide on-site estimates for residential and commercial power washing services
• Meet with prospective clients, follow up on leads, and close deals
• 90% of your time will be spent in the field doing estimates and building relationships
• 10% of your time will be spent on training, meetings, and team building

What Were Looking For:

• 1+ year of outside sales experience
• A natural people-person with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated, self-starter with a drive to succeed
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
• Willing to go door-to-door, rain or shine, with a positive and confident attitude
• Experience in the power washing or home service industry is a plus, but not required
• College degree in Business or related field is a plus, but not required
• Ability to pass background check and mandatory drug testing.
• Clean driving record
