Job Description The Springs at Clackamas Woods is hiring compassionate people wanting to build lasting relationships and memories with our residents. Caregivers provide a variety of services to our residents, duties which include:

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques
• Support individuals with behavior management and emotional well-being
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities
• Document resident care activities and report any changes in condition to the appropriate supervisor

PRN/On-call schedules: PRN/On-call employees must pick up at least 2 full shifts and 1 weekend per month to retain current status.

• Opportunity to build your own schedule based on your availability and open shifts. On-call scheduling does not guarantee that specific hours and days of open shifts, the number of shifts you pick up will depend on your own flexibility and availability.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass background check and drug test
• Physical demands: maintain ability to stand or walk throughout the vast majority of the work day; and to frequently push, pull, bend, twist, lift, and reach
  

Shift Times:

• Day Shift: 6:00AM - 2:15PM
• Swing Shift: 2:00PM - 10:15PM
• NOC (Overnight) Shift: 10:00PM - 6:15PM

The Health Services team uses an online scheduling platform, allowing 24/7 access on a computer or smartphone.
