Job Summary:

This position involves developing strategies, designing, and executing audience-based workflows and campaigns to enhance member acquisition and retention. Responsibilities include creating and managing omni-channel, responsive campaigns via the Marketo platform, including member journey mapping, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. The role requires identifying key moments in the customer journey and utilizing data to tailor channels, creative content, and messaging to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Promotes self-development and learning among colleagues by sharing resources, providing advice, influencing through technical explanations, and adapting to new responsibilities and feedback.
  2. Completes work assignments supporting business projects by applying expertise, developing work plans, ensuring policy compliance, coordinating resources, collaborating cross-functionally, solving complex problems, escalating issues when necessary, and recognizing improvement opportunities.
  3. Develops and manages strategic go-to-market plans by maintaining relationships with channel partners, assessing partner needs, exploring multi-channel opportunities, and leading channel marketing initiatives.
  4. Implements integrated marketing communications strategies by collaborating with research and data analytics teams, aligning activities across enterprise units, ensuring consistent messaging, evaluating campaign effectiveness, and optimizing strategies.
  5. Collects and synthesizes market data to inform evidence-based marketing plans, partnering with research and analytics teams to understand marketplace dynamics, define research needs, and track ROI.
  6. Guides creative teams by providing data and research insights, developing creative briefs, and reviewing work with stakeholders.
  7. Oversees marketing projects by planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, selecting vendors, and providing project updates.
  8. Designs marketing strategies that support membership growth, retention, and product promotion, ensuring brand consistency, leveraging market research, analyzing metrics, and driving continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least four (4) years of direct marketing experience.
  • One (1) year of leadership experience, with or without direct reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Humanities, Business, Social Science, or a related field, plus five (5) years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience.
