Description
RoseVilla is looking for an experienced full-time Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the management of kitchen operations, dining room services, and help facilitate the growth of our department. This position will work equally with both Front and Back of the House Teams.
This position reports directly to the Executive Chef, is a member of our Food & Beverage Management Team and supports our efforts to meet our departmental strategic initiatives. The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the management of daily operations in the kitchen and dining room, including purchasing & inventory, guest service & relations, facilities and equipment concerns, personnel, and overall administrative support.
