RoseVilla is looking for an experienced full-time Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the management of kitchen operations, dining room services, and help facilitate the growth of our department. This position will work equally with both Front and Back of the House Teams.

This position reports directly to the Executive Chef, is a member of our Food & Beverage Management Team and supports our efforts to meet our departmental strategic initiatives. The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the management of daily operations in the kitchen and dining room, including purchasing & inventory, guest service & relations, facilities and equipment concerns, personnel, and overall administrative support.

Experience requirements:
  • At least 5 years of prior food & beverage management experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience over a large and diverse team.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a departmental budget.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background check.


Wage:
  • Starting wage is $60,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • This is a full-time, exempt position.
