Key Responsibilities

Programming/Software Development (PROG): Designs, codes, tests, and documents complex programs and scripts, setting standards for programming tools, techniques, system architecture, and security. Provides technical guidance and manages work packages, performance, and change control, offering support to less experienced colleagues.

Application Support (ASUP): Maintains support processes, investigates issues, manages enhancements, and ensures security, licensing, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery are handled per standards.

Incident Management (USUP): Investigates and resolves incidents, documents resolutions, analyzes causes, and reports performance metrics.

Problem Management (PBMG): Investigates and resolves system problems, documents issues, develops solutions, and implements remedies, analyzing patterns for improvement.

Systems Design (DESN): Specifies and designs complex systems, reviews designs for technology and resource efficiency, evaluates impact, and balances functional, security, and management requirements.

Systems Integration (SINT): Designs and builds integration components, leads practical integration work, and contributes to overall service design, including tool and method selection.

Qualifications

Education/Experience/Certifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience: Typically eight or more years in a related field.
