We are seeking an experienced Traffic Control Manager to oversee multi-state operations (WA/OR/ID/MT), ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing traffic control teams, coordinating with municipalities, and developing traffic management plans. This role requires strong leadership, operational management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hire, train, and manage traffic control teams to ensure efficiency and safety compliance;
2. Develop and implement traffic guidance schemes and management plans;
3. Ensure adherence to state, county, and local traffic control laws;
4. Coordinate with municipalities and law enforcement to secure permits;
5. Dispatch and oversee crews across WA/OR/ID/MT;
6. Collaborate with Operational Managers to ensure legislative compliance;
7. Focus on job cost management and resource optimization;
8. Provide technical advice and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of traffic operations, involving leadership experience;
2. Knowledge of state, county, and local traffic control laws;
3. Proven ability to work with municipalities and secure permits;
4. Experience dispatching and managing multi-state operations;
5. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work long hours;
6. Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel within the Pacific Northwest;
7. Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening and background check.
