Media Specialist TAMs work across all AWS Elemental media products and CloudFront to apply their product knowledge to key customer projects during the specification, development, deployment, and acceptance phases to deploy video workflows.
They collaborate closely with Media Specialist Solutions Architecture teams in AWS Sales to understand customer needs and design relevant media solutions. They also work with customers to transition solutions from conceptual design to long-term production, and may work with AWS Professional Services for customized solutions. While not required to develop software, a background in software development is valuable for understanding complex customer needs.
Media Specialist TAMs are responsible for the long-term operational health of deployed solutions, contributing significantly to customer success. They work closely with AWS Support TAMs and recognize that ongoing support and domain-focused guidance are crucial throughout the customer lifecycle.
Note: This role requires working from an office in Portland, Seattle, or Santa Clara/Mountain View.
