The Opportunity
We're hiring a People & Culture Coordinator! OPB is looking for a conscientious, friendly, team-oriented professional to join our P&C team. As the P&C Coordinator position, you would support day-to-day work of our recruiting and operations staff, as well as provide excellent customer service to potential, future, current and past OPB employees, and others. This position will report to the Director of People Operations and Data and work closely with other People & Culture colleagues including the Employee Experience Manager, Generalists, the Compliance Reporting and HRIS Analyst. Position Details
Serve as a key player on our multi-faceted People & Culture team, managing and performing day-to-day activities that support the work of OPB. This includes HRIS (HR Information System) maintenance, compliance and administrative activities, data entry and supporting the People & Culture team. This position, along with the rest of OPB's People & Culture team, keeps our organizational values central to our work. The People & Culture Coordinator is tasked with looking for efficiencies in workflows, leveraging technology and providing excellent customer service to potential, future, current, and past OPB employees, and others.
