Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and innovative Inclusion Program Manager to manage our corporate inclusion initiatives. This position will work closely with leadership, HR, and project teams to build an inclusive work environment, promote equitable opportunities for all employees, and ensure that our contractor teams and partners reflect our commitment to inclusion and psychological safety. This position will report directly to the Director of Inclusion. The ideal candidate will have exceptional program management skills, experience with schedule and travel logistics, a strong commitment to workplace inclusion and well-being, and an understanding of the construction industry's unique challenges and opportunities regarding inclusion and psychological safety.

Salary Range: $57,200 - $72,800 annually, depending on experience and assignment location.
