Northwest Pump is seeking an Industrial Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role oversees the entire equipment ordering process for industrial projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless coordination from start to finish. What will this position do?

• Process purchase orders efficiently by converting quotes from the CRM to CSD, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
• Coordinate with Purchasing to confirm that assigned POs are completed, approved, and appropriately assigned to vendors for fulfillment
• Review and approve vendor confirmations, ensuring compliance with order specifications and company requirements
• Oversee all open industrial orders by tracking fulfillment progress, managing lead times, maintaining vendor communication, and updating order details as needed
• Handle logistics, including shipping coordination, freight charges, warehousing, and invoicing, to ensure a seamless order process from start to finish

What are we looking for?

• Two years of sales coordinating experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent ability to engage and communicate with customers and vendors
• Must have excellent math, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Must be detail oriented, ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Intermediate computer skills with programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential; basic internet skills for research required
• Ability to work autonomously, and as a team; self-motivated
• Proven history of being reliable and dependable; ability to perform work with minimal to no supervision/ assistance

• This is a full-time position, working regular business hours, Monday through Friday
