Sales Consultant

Started in 2019 by a nearly 30-year veteran of the roofing industry, Jana Zavala, HER Roofing is a small and growing roofing business focused primarily on Residential Re-Roofs, Repairs, Maintenance, and Gutters in the greater Portland metro area.

HER Roofing is looking for Sales Consultants who thrive on connecting Homeowners with the highest product and service quality in the market—NOT the cheapest!

Requirements:

  • Must pass a background check.

  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record.

  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • Able to lift and carry 50 pounds.

  • Comfortable climbing ladders and getting on roofs.

  • Willing to knock doors to find business.

  • Self-directed and coachable.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Expectations:

  • Attend the HER Roofing office in Wilsonville during ramp-up, with increased autonomy as you develop.

  • Follow our sales process.

  • Generate leads independently: 40% of your schedule.

  • Manage pipeline and CRM data: 10% of your schedule.

  • Estimate using aerial measuring software: 20% of your schedule.

  • Conduct customer presentations: 20% of your schedule.

  • Participate in sales meetings, accountability check-ins, and other meetings: 5% of your schedule.

  • Engage in professional development: 5% of your schedule.
