The Associate Director will collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators to develop and evaluate educational programs, support assessment practices, and promote innovative teaching initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing orientations, workshops, faculty learning communities, and campus events, mentoring staff, and representing OAI on governance committees.
The ideal candidate will have:

Presence in the office during business hours is required; occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary. Hybrid work options may be available in the future.
