We are seeking outgoing, enthusiastic, responsible individuals for this position. The primary purpose is to plan, execute, evaluate, and complete tasks related to handling client's medical kiosk host sites, including requesting, examining, and maintaining onsite care of our client's kiosks.

This position runs from 7/1 - 12/31 with potential extension. Salary is $60,000 annually (~$2,308 bi-weekly).

Things to know

  • Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate ($.70/mile roundtrip)
  • One-time $1500 bonus upon completion and meeting expectations
  • $75/month expense reimbursement ($50 cell, $25 internet)
  • Expected 4 in-field days/week, 1 remote day
  • Work hours typically M-F, 8-5 or 9-5, flexible
  • Visit 10-15 sites daily, schedule preplanned by team

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and troubleshoot kiosks at host sites
  • Outreach and site recruitment via cold calling and visits
  • Manage take-back events and onsite personnel
  • Coordinate kiosk installations with vendors and hosts
  • Orient kiosk hosts on processes
  • Support site managers including law enforcement, pharmacies, hospitals
  • Support mailers and paperwork
  • Provide updates and report data
  • Handle site requests and complaints
  • Perform ongoing site support

Qualifications

  • Outgoing, energetic, and communicative
  • Knowledge of DEA and local regulations
  • Ability to evaluate site eligibility and close interested sites
  • Comfortable speaking with individuals and teams
  • Independent, motivated, team player
  • Experience as technician, sales, or ambassador preferred but not required
  • Able to stand for up to 8 hours
  • Reliable transportation
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Hepatitis B vaccination
