Your Opportunity

Based out of our Roseville office, you will support various water, waste management, and environmental projects through field and technical services.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and document data collection activities, assist with project work, manage data, analyze technical information, and prepare reports.
  • Conduct multi-media sampling including soil, sediment, groundwater, surface water, wastewater, and NORMs.
  • Complete fieldwork such as site activity documentation, sampling, water quality monitoring, and water discharge.
  • Prepare health and safety documents, participate in safety meetings, and adhere to safety procedures.
  • Submit reports and site diagrams, and learn standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities

  • Innovative, motivated, organized, and disciplined.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Field experience at construction sites.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Willingness to travel and work extended hours, including weekends.
  • Experience with environmental sampling, construction, stormwater, and compliance monitoring is preferred.
  • Familiarity with testing equipment such as pH monitors and HACH meters.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to ensure environmental compliance.

Experience, Education, and Credentials

  • College degree in earth science, geology, environmental science, or engineering preferred.
  • 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training.
  • Additional certifications like OSHA 10-hour, CAC, CSST, or QSP are beneficial but not required.

Note: Field work may involve exposure to the elements, including weather and heavy equipment.
