We're hiring an Unarmed Security Specialist to maintain a safe and secure environment through proactive patrols, access control, and quick response to incidents. If you're observant, calm under pressure, and committed to safety, we want you on our team!

Location: Portland, OR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00/hour

Hours: 30-40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts (Day, Evening, Night, including weekends, Swing, and Graveyard shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine patrols to deter criminal activity and ensure safety
• Monitor access points and verify identification
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies
• Operate surveillance cameras and security equipment
• Document incidents accurately and provide excellent customer service
• Enforce security protocols and administer first aid/CPR if trained

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Oregon Unarmed Security License
• Valid State Driver's License
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physical fitness for extended standing/walking
• Previous security experience preferred but not required
• 401(k)
