Looking for an IT Support Engineer with solid experience working/supporting a Google Workspace environment, who also has experience supporting Okta and Atlassian tools such as Jira.

Role Details:

  • Remote role with potential travel across the US

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Google Workspace
  • Experience troubleshooting Okta
  • Experience with Atlassian Suite such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience with Cisco WebEx and implementing Cisco AV/VOIP products

Job Description:

The IT specialist provides support for IT departments and end users, ensuring hardware, software, and networks function correctly. Responsibilities include system administration, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and supporting IT equipment and software. The role collaborates closely within the IT team on projects, deployments, and system implementations.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Support Tier 1/2 issues, including account provisioning, hardware troubleshooting, and network assessments.
  2. Prioritize incident response and service requests, resolving end-user hardware/software issues.
  3. Coordinate with support teams to resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
  4. Coach team members in remote support channels.
  5. Ensure compliance with IT and security procedures.
  6. Maintain support knowledge bases and self-service solutions.
  7. Collaborate with IT colleagues on troubleshooting and issue escalation.
  8. Participate in IT initiatives, supporting technology standards and policies.
  9. Proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent impact on users.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
  • Minimum 3 years helpdesk experience.
  • Familiarity with desktop and mobile OS, online productivity tools, and network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong background in IT operations and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare IT or clinical settings.
  • Experience administering Atlassian, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Google Workspace, Okta, Workspace One, Kandji.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range is $35.00 - $52.00/hr. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation, EAP, PTO, and more, subject to eligibility and plan specifics.

Workplace Type: Hybrid in Portland, OR
