As a Maintenance Director (Plant Operations), you will oversee all maintenance activities, playing a critical role in ensuring the community remains attractive, well-maintained, and that our residents are safe, secure, and well cared for.

What Cascade Living and Deerfield Village seek in a Maintenance Director (Plant Operations):

  • Experience in maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and buildings
  • Knowledge of fire and safety regulations
  • Ability to coordinate with outside vendors and monitor their work
  • Experience in grounds maintenance, electrical, and plumbing repairs

Responsibilities as a Maintenance Director (Plant Operations):

  • Oversee preventive maintenance of buildings and equipment
  • Make repairs in occupied apartments and renovate units for new residents
  • Demonstrate organizational and time management skills
  • Adapt to changing departmental demands and fulfill all required tasks
  • Be available and on call for emergencies day and night
  • Participate actively as a team member and work toward team goals
  • Promote Cascade Living's mission, values, and beliefs

Compensation:
$22.50 - $25.00/hour
*Dependent on experience
