We're seeking a dynamic Associate Regional Account Manager (ARAM) in Portland to drive our mission forward by expanding access to these life-changing treatments. This full-time, field based, entry-level position is a foundational step in a rewarding career in healthcare.

Your Role:

  • Support Growth: Assist in developing and executing regional strategies to build strong referral networks with key healthcare providers.
  • Educate and Empower: Effectively communicate basic clinical information and benefits of TMS and esketamine to healthcare professionals, supporting appropriate patient referrals.
  • Contribute to Market Leadership: Cultivate foundational relationships and help position Greenbrook as a premier provider of advanced mental health therapies.
  • Support Results: Contribute to the achievement of territory goals, driving center performance and patient growth.
  • Assist in Optimization: Track activities, identify potential opportunities, and support the implementation of effective sales tactics.

Your impact will span the region! With up to 75% travel within the assigned region, you'll be at the forefront of expanding access to life-changing therapies.

Competitive compensation includes a fixed base salary of $60,000 USD with an estimated commission potential of $40,000 USD dependent upon performance to targets. In addition to a strong overall compensation package, Neuronetics/Greenbrook provides a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with company match, flex time off, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits (see details below).

What You'll Bring:
  • Developing Sales Aptitude: Some experience or aptitude for clinical sales is a plus; prior customer-facing role or relevant experience involving interaction with accounts is preferred.
  • Relationship Builder: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships, with experience interacting with physician offices; behavioral/mental health or pharmaceutical sales a plus.
  • Developing Strategic Mindset: Strong business development skills and ability to navigate the sales cycle.
  • Dynamic Communicator: Developing organizational and communication skills, leadership potential, and self-motivation.
  • Results-Driven: Developing sound judgment, time management, and ability to learn, analyze, understand, and communicate basic clinical and market information.
  • Tech Savvy: Demonstrated basic technical aptitude and essential computer skills (e.g., CRM, Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience a bonus).
  • Reliable & Mobile: Valid driver's license and safe driving record are required.
  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required.

Benefits Statement: Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company's employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change.
