Job Summary

The warehouse on campus is where a majority of resources for all Facilities Services work is stored. These are parts and supplies that service mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and other maintenance around campus. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager and will assist them in organization and inventory.

Core Duties

Assist Warehouse Manager with:

• Organizing warehouse as-is
• Maintaining organizational systems in place
• Inventory and supply ordering
• Distributing parts and pieces for existing and pending work orders
• Driving department vehicles to distribute inventory across campus
• Other relevant duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Must consent to a driving record background check
• Ability to learn and abide by safety policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to work on your feet and be mobile for extended periods of time
