What You'll Do

• Ensure all food looks and tastes great, is visually appealing when served
• Maintain strong all-round culinary skills across various cuisines, including main courses, salads, sauces, and pastries
• Stay updated on contemporary catering trends
• Use correct food terminology and cooking methods
• Innovate with new recipes and ideas to improve food quality and service
• Mentor and lead culinary personnel enthusiastically

• Minimum 5 years of management experience
