Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, buildings, HVAC, and equipment in compliance with safety regulations
• Manage maintenance budget, order supplies, and oversee inventory
• Lead and oversee the housekeeping team
• Perform repairs or coordinate repairs with contractors
• Interact professionally with staff, residents, families, and external agencies

Qualifications

• Basic carpentry skills
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to work well with a team
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
