Join our team as an Onboarding Specialist and play a key role in creating a smooth and welcoming hiring experience. You'll support the administrative side of the hiring processparticularly for Direct Support Professionalsby coordinating hiring documents, conducting background checks, and ensuring all pre-employment requirements are met. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with recruiters to provide a smooth, engaging hiring process for all candidates. Keep our Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters) updated with accurate applicant statuses. Send background check packets to all candidates who receive offers. Stay in contact with new hires to make sure onboarding paperwork is completed on time and that theyre ready for orientation. Conduct all necessary pre-employment checks, including background and Motor vehicle records. Send out onboarding links and personalized welcome letters to each new hire.
